A Long history in music
I am a native San Diegan who has lived most of my years right here in this beautiful city. I did spend six years in St. Louis, Missouri, early in my childhood, but I have been back here for the last 30 years.
I have been on the dance music scene since 2000 and the DJ scene since 2013. I started teaching people to DJ in 2019. But I have been a music lover ever since I was a kid, growing up to my father’s sounds of the 60’s and 70’s, and over the years have kept up with multiple musical styles and genres right up to today. As far as dance music goes, I grew up a trance head and still am. And, although I have always liked the sounds of the underground such as Deep House, Drum and Bass, and Techno, the I older I have gotten the more enthusiasm I have gained for the sounds of the underground, because I think that type of music will never be commercialized.
So, I am very eclectic musically and have a wide array of music to spin for parties, dances, celebrations, or for clubs. Just let me know what kind of music fits your desires and we can create a playlist that enchants and moves your audience to selected sounds and beats.
But if your desire is to learn how to spin and mix your own sounds, I teach one on one. If you want to learn to how beat match, there are two ways: through an academy called DJ4LIFE or privately on a per hour basis.
